Paneer kheer / Paneer Payasam

This is my next paneer recipe. I like this very much because it taste a bit like basunthi, I am a big fan of it.


2 cup
Paneer grated
¾ cup
Condensed milk
¼ cup
Cashew nut
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
Cardamom powder
¼ tsp
A pinch
Almonds chopped
1 Tbsp
½ Tbsp



  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan, add saffron and simmer, reduce it to 1 ½ cup quantity.
  2. Now add condensed milk and boil for few more minutes.
  3. Mean while heat ghee, roast cashew nut and raisins. Add this mixture to milk with cardamom powder.
  4. Mix well add paneer and turn off the stove. Serve cold or hot with almond topping.
