In one point I got bored using same vegetable need to try something new, so tried different dry curries in brussel sprouts but this turned out good.
Potato chopped 1 cup
Brussel sprouts 1 cup
Onion chopped ½ cup
Tomato chopped ½ cup
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Sambar powder 1 Tbsp
Turmaric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder ½ tsp
- In a pan heat a tablespoon of oil splutter mustard seeds and fennel seeds, add onion and cook them until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes cook until soft, add the vegetables, sauté until it turns soft,
- Add all powders, salt and enough water. Wait until vegetables cook.
