Brussel Sprouts Potato Masala

In one point I got bored using same vegetable need to try something new, so tried different dry curries in brussel sprouts but this turned out good.



Potato chopped                  1 cup
        Brussel sprouts                  1 cup
Onion chopped                 ½ cup
Tomato chopped              ½ cup
Fennel seeds                       1 tsp
Mustard seeds                    1 tsp
Sambar powder                  1 Tbsp
Turmaric powder              ½ tsp
Chilli powder                      ½ tsp


  1. In a pan heat a tablespoon of oil splutter mustard seeds and fennel seeds, add onion and cook them until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes cook until soft, add the vegetables, sauté until it turns soft,
  3. Add all powders, salt and enough water. Wait until vegetables cook.
