Today when I am planning for dinner, I thought
of something doing quick and simple gravy I am running out of vegetables too,
so planned with peas and this came out well.
Ingredients:
Peas

1 cup

Onion chopped
|
1 cup

Tomato pure
|
½ cup
|
Cashew nut
|
5-6
|
Coriander Powder
|
2 tsp
|
Chili powder
|
1 Tbsp
|
Garam masala powder
|
1 tsp
|
Ginger Garlic Paste
|
2 tsp
|
Coriander chopped
|
few
|
Salt
|
|
Oil
|
|
Directions:
- Soak cashew nut in hot water for 10- 15 minutes grind that into fine paste.
- Heat oil in pan add onion sauté it for few minutes add ginger garlic paste cook until raw smell goes. Now add tomato pure wait until it starts to boil.
- In this stage add chili powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder fry foe a minute. Then add peas, salt and enough water allow it to cook.
- Once the peas are cooked add cashew paste and cook for few more minutes until raw smell goes.
- Add chopped coriander and switch off the stove. Serve with roti or bread.
Note: In this recipe there is no chili added only chili
powder so add more if you want.
