Kids usually have an attraction for noodles, when I have

Its simple and quick, kids will also feel a variety in food. This need to be
served immediately, after few hours I felt it’s hard to eat, need to find a way
to make it a lunch box recipe.

Directions:
- Cut the chapattis in to thin noodles, cut all the vegetables also lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell goes, and now add tomato paste fry for 2 minutes next add all vegetables sauté until they turn soft.
- Add enough salt and cook covered until vegetables are cooked, in this stage add garam masala, soy sauce, chili sauce and fry for one or two minutes.
- Next add chopped chapattis and mix well, serve with ketchup or any rita.
Note:
- I use to add vegetables more, if you feel its more you might reduce and any combination will be fine.
- Instead of tomato paste you can add tomato pure or fresh tomatoes.
- If you like egg, you can make omelet and cut that like noodles and them when you add chapatti.
