Kothu paratha is one of the popular foods in
Tamil Nadu; it’s a street side food. Our favorite one, I use to prepare this
when we have craving, it’s a simple and quick. I haven’t tried with salna, I usually,
think to do with salna but I use to end up with a hurry.
Ingredients:

Direction:
- Cook paratha and cut them into pieces, using a sharp cup (mouth should be sharp enough to cut) chop the paratha.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, fennel seeds, green chili, and curry leaves. Next add onion and sauté until color changes now add ginger garlic paste and half cilantro, sauté until raw smell goes.
- In this stage add tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add all dry masala and salt cook for another 2 minutes.
- Now add chopped paratha and egg mix everything together well. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add remaining cilantro and lemon juice turn off the stove, serve immediately.
