This is one of the easiest sweet, can be prepared
with in 20 minutes. One of my kids favorite sweet even I like this a lot my mom
use to do this often. Whenever I have ripped bananas I use to do this.
Note: Check for sugar, you can even make it to 1 cup
if you are sweet toothed. You can add Cashew nut or chutney dal.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour

1 Cup
|
Sugar
|
¾ Cup
|
Banana ripe
|
1 Medium size
|
Shredded Coconut
|
2 Tbsp
|
Cardamom powder
|
a pinch
|
Baking soda
|
¼ tsp
|
Oil
|
Directions:
- Mash the banana, add all the ingredients expect oil mix everything together with water.
- Batter should be thick (should drop from spoon).
- Heat oil, Scoop with spoon and drop in oil and deep fry until golden brown.
