Chapati Noodles


Kids usually have an attraction for noodles, when I have some left over chapatti I use to try this chapatti noodles or chili chapatti. Its simple and quick, kids will also feel a variety in food. This need to be served immediately, after few hours I felt it’s hard to eat, need to find a way to make it a lunch box recipe.

Ingredients:


Chapatti / Roti

Onion
1 small size
Carrot
1 small size
Beans French cut
¼ cup
Green bell  pepper
¼ cup
Cabbage
½ cup
Tomato paste
1 Tbsp
Soy sauce
¼ tsp
Chili sauce
½ tsp
Green chili
1
Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp
Pav Baji masala / Garam masala
1 tsp
Salt
 
Oil
 
 
 

 

Directions:


  1. Cut the chapattis in to thin noodles, cut all the vegetables also lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell goes, and now add tomato paste fry for 2 minutes next add all vegetables sauté until they turn soft.
  3. Add enough salt and cook covered until vegetables are cooked, in this stage add garam masala, soy sauce, chili sauce and fry for one or two minutes.
  4. Next add chopped chapattis and mix well, serve with ketchup or any rita.
Note:
  •  I use to add vegetables more, if you feel its more you might reduce and any combination will be fine.
  • Instead of tomato paste you can add tomato pure or fresh tomatoes.
  • If you like egg, you can make omelet and cut that like noodles and them when you add chapatti.
