Ash Gourd or poosanikai is 96% water based fruit. It’s good
for weight loss and ulcer patients. And especially for women it’s so good.
Ingredients:
Dosa batter
|
2 cups
|
Ash Gourd/Poosanikai
cubed
|
½ cup
|
Cashew nut
|
10
|
Garlic pods
|
2
|
Red Chili
|
1-2
|
Turmeric powder
|
¼ tsp
|
Pepper powder
|
½ tsp
|
Oil
|
1 tsp
|
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic and chili fry for a minute. Now add cashew nut, turmeric powder and poosanikai cook until it turn soft. After cooling grind it to a fine paste.
- Mix the ground paste, pepper powder to dosa batter.
Make poosanikai dosa as you do regular dosa. Serve with any
chutney or sambar.
